My family only redid our family room and it was time to throw out our old CRT TV…My parents don’t know anything nearly tech hence they needed me what would exist a good TV to buy. I took this one. I’m felicitous with it. 
I got a small nettop with this TV with the purpose of utilizing it as a HTPC to stream video from our other HTPC in the basement and surf the web. The pic seems nice! I fired up a 1080p rip of The Dingy Knight with totally the lights croak and the pic was nice and crisp. One thing I noticed is movie appears unnaturally smooth. I honestly don’t know if its a UN55D6400 good thing. I haven’t bothered look into it, but I want to conceive its the move plus. Allotting to the other review, its something you could only turn off, therefore no foul. 
I love the ultra lean bezel. Other TVs say they are like 37″ when the literal screen size is exclusively 32″, obviously merely an attempt to cut down on production costs. With this TV, there’s none of that.
The sound quality is good. Its adequate to maneuver any movie at a good book without distortion in a smaller room. I received XBMC going and I was playing some of my heavy electro, it sounds great, except the fact that the levelheaded lacks the strong bass. Just how could I complain? Its a TV. Not a healthy system.
As far as the other brushup steering out the edge lit “weakness” I experience to support almost a foot snuff from the TV to see a identical small sum of light bleeding. I couldn’t eventide notice it sitting on the couch cruising the web.
